The personal FLOW
The New Normal App comes with a basic set of skills and principles required for modern working environments: new work, agility, new ways of leading, mindfulness, and self-management. For each employee, a unique FLOW is created based on his or her knowledge and preferences.
This FLOW is "a personal fitness plan" / an individual learning journey for the upcoming 10 weeks. It consists of small learning sequences that can be easily implemented into everyone's daily working schedule. The progress is visible to the users all the time and if working-days are really busy the app will remind them to keep on training.
